Cancellation & Refund
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are only accepted for items that are wrong, defective, or damaged.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a refund. Cancellations made without a valid reason—such as receiving a wrong, defective, or damaged item—will not be eligible for a refund. After the 24-hour window, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for items that are wrong, defective, or damaged. No exchanges or returns are allowed for any other reasons.
Processing Fees:
A non-refundable processing fee of 2.5% will be applied by the payment gateway.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate or sanitary clothing (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale items
Return Requests:
All requests for refunds, replacements, or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, including:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items purchased through COD can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@nteeds.com and send your item to: [physical address].
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we’ll mail a gift certificate to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please mail it to: [physical address].
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping times may vary based on your location. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
